Pauline Hayton at SWFL Reading Festival

(Naples, FL) Pauline Hayton, author of the novella Grandma Rambo on which the eponymous 1C podcast show is based, will appear at the famed Southwest Florida Reading Festival tomorrow, Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Hayton is the beloved author of a dozen fiction and nonfiction works, including Naga QueenStill Pedaling, and A Corporal’s War: The WWII Adventures of a Royal Engineer. Her appearances are always filled with laughter and insight.

The festival takes place in the Fort Myers River District, 2450 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Best-selling authors included in this year’s line-up are Tim Dorsey, Tom Cooper, M.E. Hilliard, J.A. Jance, Kate Quinn, Brad Taylor, Shauna Robinson, and more.

Grandma Rambo is a scripted podcast comedy show based on the novella by Pauline Hayton. The show, released in 2021, tells the story of firecracker Brenda Maxwell recovering her mojo abroad after beating cancer and celebrating her 60th birthday. It is produced by 1C Productions, Inc.
