Rebeca Seitz, Producer

REBECA SEITZ is a bestselling writer and producer with 21 years in the publishing, film, TV, and podcasting spaces who currently serves as President of The 1C Story Network. 1C (justoneC.com) is home to a library of shows ranked in the top 10% in the world as well as a traditional, royalty-paying publishing line that elevates the voices of women writers 40 and over (rebecabooks.com).

She is the former Executive Director of Marketing and Content Development for a century-old social justice publisher for whom she acquired New York Times and USA Today bestsellers and increased holiday revenue by 56%. Before that, she was President and CEO of Spirit Of Naples Studios, a non-profit meant to “Make Media for Good” from 2012 to 2018. There, she helped bring 30+ films, TV shows, and books to market and oversaw production of SON’s first TV pilot, “The Neapolitan,” written by Seitz and Bob Burris (Growing PainsIn The House) and produced by Seitz and Chad Gundersen (The Chosen). In 2005, Seitz founded Glass Road Media and Management, which worked with The Today Show, CNN, FOX, USA Today, Southern Living, National Public Radio, Good Housekeeping, and more to secure coverage for writers and books from HarperCollins, Zondervan, Tyndale House, Baker Books, Hachette Book Group, Simon & Schuster, and others. Seitz’s groundbreaking research into book consumer behavior was presented by invitation at Book Expo America. She began her career as the first dedicated publicist for the fiction division of Thomas Nelson Publishers (HarperCollins).


Robert Faircloth, Director

Robert Faircloth cut his production teeth at the world's best, Walt Disney World Entertainment. His education and experience there led to work as a production manager, video engineer, camera operator, and projectionist before settling him into a busy career as a video consultant and technical director. He specializes in leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform creative visions into successful, real-world events.

His technical expertise has been instrumental in advancing the messaging for globally recognized brands including Siemens, Microsoft, PepsiCo, and Pizza Hut. A native of Florida, Robert maintains strong professional roots in the Central Florida community.


Tom Zaleski, Director of Photography

As a Director of Photography, Tom Zaleski has lensed projects for 25 years. Networks for whom he has worked include A&E, PBS, NBC, CBS, ABC, HBO, HBO Max, Ovation, ESPN, CMT, and Reelz Networks.

He has worked on biographical videos for Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, Jay Z, Martin Luther King and more.

Tom makes his home in Nashville, Tennessee.
